My issue with not so much with Ms. Aguilar as with the practice.
I visited the office as a new patient for a check up on 15 April, 2026. A biopsy was conducted on the top of my right arm. When the office called for the results of the biopsy some days later, I was advised to visit a surgeon to have the area excised.
I made an appointment with a surgeon for 22 June 2026. In mid May, I called the surgeon's office to ensure they had the results of the biopsy so they would know what needed to be done. They did not have the information.
I subsequently called your office to have the biopsy results send to me or to the surgeon. I called your office (Dermatology of Miami) at least a DOZEN times and the phone was never answered regardless of which department I requested. Each time I left a voice mail my name, dob, phone number and the request, but never received a call back. The only department that answered, mid last week, was billing where at my request, the agent agreed to send a note to the office manager.
On Thursday, June 18, I checked again with the surgeon's office to see if they had received my information. They had not, so I cancelled today's appointment.
This morning I had a call back from your office, made the request for the information which was sent to me via email.
It is is unbelievable that despite all my calls no one in your office took that time to get back to me until today - almost a month after I made the 1st phone call..
Additionally in reading the documents, I see details of what was supposedly check on my initial visit.
Please note that most of what is listed there was NOT done. I pointed out the areas I was concerned about (some small moles on my left clavicle area), the PA took at look at those, looked my arms and back and a cursory look at my nails. My chest, breasts, axillia and genitals were not examined, neither were conjunctivae and lids.
I will not be returning to your practice and will not recommend.
