Chelsea Steele, MD, MPH, FAAD

Dr. Chelsea Steele is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. A Miami native, she graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Highest Distinction and was elected to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Dr. Steele remained at UNC for medical school, earning both her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health. During this time, she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society and the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health and received multiple academic scholarships recognizing her achievements.

She completed her dermatology residency through the combined University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center program, one of the nation’s leading training programs in dermatology and cutaneous oncology. During her final year of residency, she served as Chief Cosmetic Resident, where she received advanced training in aesthetic dermatology and procedural treatments.

Dr. Steele provides comprehensive dermatologic care for both adults and children and treats a wide range of conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, vitiligo, and skin cancer. Her training at MD Anderson Cancer Center provided extensive experience in diagnosing and treating melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancers, and rare cutaneous malignancies.

She has a particular passion for cosmetic dermatology and skin rejuvenation, offering treatments designed to restore healthy, youthful skin while maintaining natural results. Dr. Steele performs neuromodulators, injectable fillers, and advanced laser treatments for a variety of cosmetic skin concerns, including sun damage, pigmentation, redness, texture irregularities, acne scarring, and early signs of aging. She works closely with each patient to design personalized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals and lifestyle.

Dr. Steele is thrilled to be back in Miami caring for the community she grew up in. She values building long-lasting relationships with her patients and believes in a collaborative approach to dermatologic care that focuses on both skin health and confidence. Outside of the office, she enjoys boating and fishing, exploring Miami’s farmers markets and local restaurants, and visiting family in the Florida Keys.
